My passion

When I started as a teacher in 1979, both education and the role of a teacher were essentially different than today. With the advent of the Internet, Social Media, various social developments but also the increased involvement of, for example, parents and politicians, fundamentally different competences and skills are expected from teachers now than in the past.

Based on my own experience in (special) education, I know how significant it is to continue to develop yourself as a professionals in the field of education. It is precisely for this reason that I founded OurField. My passion is to empower others and to bring the best in others. I achieve this by working together with other passionate and motivated professionals.
